TASTING NOTE:
"Brilliant golden clarity with clean ivory head and impressive head formation & retention. Aromas of barley malt, straw, water cracker and light honey, a touch of banana (acetate esters) and perhaps a little bit of DMS. Texture is bold and round. Flavours of sweet malt, biscuit, banana esters and lightly spicy hops. High carbonation and light, smooth and refreshing mouthfeel. Very clean & pleasantly balanced with well-formed body."
