"Dark golden yellow with an excellent head of foam. On the nose a touch of grapefruit and citrus alongside horse blanket, barnyard and funky notes. Moderate acidity on the palate with a dry finish alongside suggestions of lemon zest and pith, sharp gooseberry, oak and leather. Refreshing, a balanced sourness."
