"Crystal-clear golden-yellow with good head formation and retention. Tropical fruit and herbal notes from hops evident on the aroma with light esters, followed by bready cookie malt, with similar balance on the medium-bodied, smooth palate, giving a marked and persistent bitterness. A well-defined but very dry bitter finish."
