"Deep reddish amber and crystal clear, with medium head and lacing. Aroma is estery upfront, with notes of fruit cake and tamarind. Medium carbonation. Medium body. Medium bitterness that blooms to the finish and dissipates quickly. Finishes clean. Flavour on palate is rich with toasty malt layers (toffee, nuts, toast) and well balanced with hop bitterness."
