"Hazy lemon-coloured beer with moderate white foam. The aroma is of cloves, citrus peel, lemon meringue, bergamot, and subtle banana. Flavour shows gentle banana, clove, ginger, citrus pith, and light sweet lemon notes. Body is light to medium, carbonation high, giving crisp lift. Finish is lightly lingering, slightly pithy, with subtle spice and citrus."
