TASTING NOTE:
"A golden beer with a tight white head. The nose has slight aciddity with a touch of corriander notes. The palate has a touch of citrus lemons with a gentle touch of sweetness giving a balance. Golden, opaque beer, long lasting white head, nose has hints of balsamic vinegar, cloves, sweet body, estery, malty flavour, finishes sweet. Golden colour, slightly hazy beer. On the nose, clove, banana, stone fruit. On the palate, same aromas, along with a touch of biter orange quite high bitterness that lingers at the end. Medium carbonation and a medium sweet finish. Slightly golden colour, slightly hazy. On the nose, clove, low level of vanilla, honey. On the palate, the vanilla comes through, with the cloves and a tart fruit-like character (slightly vinious, a touch of green apple peardrops) Sweet more than bitter, the body is full, finish is medium to long, and there is definitely astringency."
