TASTING NOTE:
"Bright and clear yellow beer with soft white head. The aroma has notes of corn and soft grain. There is a prickle on the tounge and a lite dryness. Clear, straw yellow beer, light head. Light aroma of honey malt, wort. Light body, short finish. Bright Gold, sweetcorn aroma, mellow lemon and dry on pallette, thin body and drops to papery finish. Golden, straw-like colour. Transparent, with a touch of flocules present. Worty, and herbal (mainly sage) on the nose. The sage and uncoacceptableed wort flavour continues on the palette- Slightly sweet, but bitterness is more present."
