TASTING NOTE:
"Pale straw and clear. low-med head upon agitation. Volatile aromas of apple and sulphur which dissipates a touch but is still noticeable. Grainy, doughy, faintly honey-Ish malt aroma sits underneath as well as a light stone fruit character and perhaps some chervil or light celery leaf. Low carbonation, light-med body, subtle bright fruitiness on the palate with faint cereal notes. The finish is bitter and herbal, growing slightly tannic, which is not in keeping with the style."
