TASTING NOTE:
"Golden, bright, clear, low white head with pleasant persistency. Light caramel aromas, a touch of lemony notes. Cheesy flavour, light woody note. Sweet-bitter balance. Little astringency. Deep golden orange hue, clear, a touch of lacing. Jarring bitterness on aftertaste. Not getting much on the aroma. Not sure what this beer is trying to be? Musty. Could be Brett pale. Amber-gold in colour. Good head retention. Not much on the nose, while the palate has a touch of lemon and a light tartness, which lingers on in the finish. Nice balance, but could emphasise a touch of elements here."
