TASTING NOTE:
"Golden straw coloured with medium turbidity, orange hues and a small white head. Funky lactic and Brett aromas of earthiness, leather, barnyard, peppery spices and overripe peaches and the slightest note of oxidated hops (cheesy) and sulphur, which carry through to the palate. Complex. Texture is minerally and spritzy, but the lingering oxidative notes unbalance in the long, dry finish with a lingering sourness — it feels like things are fighting for attention and is slightly muddled."
