TASTING NOTE:
"Clear, gold beer with a thin head that seems to dissipate quickly. On the nose, there is perhaps a subtle off-note, but hard to pin down. There is well-formed balance in this beer between a touch of restrained malt sweetness and balancing bitterness; perhaps the carbonation could be boosted just a touch. Overall pleasant. Loacceptables excellent, clear and clean, delicate aroma when served cold which opens up as the beer warms, strong carbonation holds the beer together, ends with a lingering bitter but soft finish Medium-low bread maltiness. Low floral hoppiness. Medium-high carbonation. Dry finish. Boosting the carbonation slightly could help round this beer out."
