TASTING NOTE:
"Massive fluffy off-white head with impressive consistency, with evident carbonation and crystal clear, golden yellow colour. Light vegetale note on the nose with hoppiness being very prominent. Well-balanced flavour with malt and hops commingling very pleasantly. Heavily buttered on the tail end and a dry finish. The malts are quite dark, and the hops are quite earthy. Golden, clear, with a very impressive head of foam with excellent head retention. On the nose, a little spice ester character alongside a little sweet grain. On the palate it is more muted than anticipated, with a little oxidation, a touch of muted orange zest notes, high levels of bitterness, and a dusty, chalky, dry finish. very clean and bright limpid gold appearance, excellent and abundant foam. aroma of light bakery and grassy hops. very well balanced in the mouth between malt and bitter hops, pleasant hoppy finish."
