TASTING NOTE:
"Tawny beer with a tan head, the nose has touches of cinder toffee and red fruit. Th epalate has a dry licorice note with slightlyter finish Beautiful, clear amber beer with lasting off-white head, leaves lacing. Sherry, sweet nose of caramel, pleasant carbonation, burn sugar, a touch of alcohol, aromatic hops, firm bitterness. Lingering, burnt aftertaste. Deep amber colour, clear beer. On the nose, roasted notes mostly, tasted bread, bit of burnt feeling. On the palate, the aromas fade leaving mainly the slightly burnt aroma. Medium bitterness, medium body, and low carbonation. Copper colour, excellent foam. Low intesity bouquet, with light notes of sweet tobacco, caramel and roastiness. Body is mainly sweet, maybe too much so, with an assertive astringency and dry finish."
