The palate initially offers a pleasing sweetness balanced by a noticeable bitterness, making it an interesting and complex drink. The finish, while slightly acidic, highlights the unique flavour characteristics of the beer. The beer has a good foam head and exhibits a nice balance between sweetness and bitterness. Despite the slight haze, it has a solid overall presentation."
