"Golden with a thin white head. The aroma is grassy and earthy with a hint of pith. Flavours are pleasant, herbal and sweet, with a good mouthfeel, a suggestion of almond and a tart light bitterness. Some pastry notes but not overtly sweet. Rounded off with a pleasantly dry lingering finish."
