TASTING NOTE:
"Pale, slightly hazy straw in colour, and the nose is reminiscent of matchstick and lemon. The palate offers flavours of grapefruit, lime, and tangerine, with a bit of chili heat in the finish and a lingering lime note. Salt is quite present and there’s some coriander in the background keeping an eye on things. The finish is dry with lingering spice heat."
