TASTING NOTE:
"Clear mid gold, lots of fruity esters on the nose, mousse-like carbonation, feels like more of a Tripel on first taste but there is a weight on the palate, a dialling down of the sweetness that a tripel has so it is clever of the brewery to do this – quads are usually quite dark and much sweeter, so this works, even though it has the sweetness, it is a very good beer that I would sharing with a loved one at the end of the night.
