TASTING NOTE:
"Super light yellow, clear with a well-formed head retention - white and frothy. Mild citrus, beautiful grapefruit (and lemony) notes on the nose, and a slight dank aroma too. The palate is clean, dry, and has slightlyter throughout with a touch of citrus - grapefruit hops. Light-bodied. Light golden in colour, clear, with an appealing loacceptable in the glass. Good head retention throughout the tasting. On the nose, a hint of sour lemon, apricot and honeysuckle with a touch of grass and sweet malt. The palate is more muted, with the lemon character joined by a little grapefruit pith, very light body, leading to a hop bitterness towards the finish. pale straw, reasonable head, grapefruit on nose, a touch of lingering grapefruit notes with slight hint of pith, a touch of mouthfeel, citrus finish very clear and bright appearance, deep gold colour, no foam. Pleasant fruity (citrus) aromatic profile. In mouthfeel, everything is balanced for a pleasant and smooth drinking experience."
