TASTING NOTE:
"Hazy deep gold beer with white foam. Aromas of grapefruit, lemon, peaches and barnyardy and horse blanket funk with earthy notes. Flavors of fresh peaches, green apples, pepper notes. Aged hops are pleasantly coming through when warmed up. Quite complex. Texture is minerally and light, as expected. Crisp, zippy and tart mouthfeel with assertive carbonation. Lingering sour finish. Very representative of the style."
