"Deep ruby, clear, with good to moderate foam retention. On the nose, sweet malt, dried fruit, light esters, honey, pastry, toast, and burnt caramel. Flavour shows fruity notes, gentle malt sweetness, slight bitterness, tangy undertones, and soft stone fruit. The body is medium, with moderate carbonation, giving pleasant lift. Finish is smooth, balanced, with lingering bitter-sweet fruit and subtle caramel."
