TASTING NOTE:
"Golden yellow colour, bright and glossy with a fine white foam that holds well. On the nose the aroma is lightly floral with gentle fruity hop, soft cereal grain, light honeyed malt and a faint sulphur edge. The palate carries smooth malt sweetness, some acidity, subtle fruit character and restrained hop flavour with a pleasant tartness at the close. Carbonation is moderate, keeping the body lifted and refreshing without sharpness. The finish is balanced, softly bitter, slightly drying and clean, with residual sweetness quickly fading."
