"A pale blond beer with white foam and a complex and balanced profile. Aromas of clove, cardamom, white pepper and lemon peel precede a mousse-like body with spritzy carbonation and a semi-sweet flavour of doughy malts and wheat lifted by orange zest and pepper. The beer finishes dry with a lingering aftertaste. A stylisitically perfect brew."
