"Bright pink in colour with good head retention. There are flavours of cherry pits and brown sugar, along with cinnamon and Brett in the aroma. The body is fairly light and dry with a beautiful tart cherry quality to it. Finishes dry with a lingering tartness and some acidity in the back of the throat"
