"Low apricot aroma mixed in with a woody Brett note. Aroma is low, and in colour this is slightly hazy straw yellow with a low, fine lace head. Fruit flavour is more dominant and has the pits incorporated for tartness and complexity. Slight astringent finish but clean and refreshing.
