"Slightly hazy brown colour with thick foam. On the nose there are aromas of wood, vanilla and red fruit with a vinous, porter-like note. On the palate it is warming and spicy with oak up front and a soft, creamy fruit centre. The finish is long with assertive bitterness and nice tannins."
