"Deep amber, clear, with light ivory head. On the nose, malty biscuit, toasted bread, toasty, earthy, and subtle bright hops, with faint cheesy/dairy notes. Flavour shows medium body, light malt sweetness, honey, soft apple fruit, gentle roast, earthy hops, and moderate bitterness. Body is medium-light, carbonation moderate, giving refreshing lift. Finish is clean, toasty, earthy, lightly bitter, with soft late fruit and malt notes."
