TASTING NOTE:
"Dark golden in colour, a touch of sherries notes to the beer suggesting oxidation. the oxidation comes through on the flavour but is not astringent a touch of sweetness Golden, bright. Fruity esteres, low sulphur. Balanced malt character. Medium body, warm finish. Clear gold, malty nose, a touch of DMS. Sweet, malty, crisp. Some ester notes on the nose check where the oxidation is occurring is it through the brewing process."
