"This deep brown beer has a thick body that implies richness. The nose presents a complex chocolate bar aroma with clear Mon Chérie chocolate notes. On the palate, the complexity continues with a light body featuring chocolate alongside sweetish, toasty caramel and burnt sugar notes. There are also subtle hints of cherry and dried fruits like raisin and plum, complemented by roasted malt aromas. The finish offers a slight lactic character that adds depth. "
