"Golden yellow with a well-formed fluffy head of foam. Slight haze. Funky on the nose, fruity, goaty, hard cheese, lemon pith and juice, alongside oaky, leathery, barnyard aromatics. Complex in other words. Sour on the palate with citrus notes and gentle carbonation pushing the woody notes. Very balanced with a lingering aftertaste."
