TASTING NOTE:
"Straw yellow and lightly hazy. Medium head with lacing. Aroma is sharp and skunky suggesting light stuck with a light pomme fruit ester and pilsner malt cracker underneath. Medium carbonation, light-medium body. On the palate, the hop character, and therefore the skunkiness, is significantly reduced but there is a touch of allium, sharp green rosemary and garlic and significant bitterness on the dry finish."
