TASTING NOTE:
"Clear light golden colour with a small white head that holds briefly. On the nose there is lemony citrus, light earthiness, subtle floral character, faint green apple and a touch of cereal sweetness. The palate carries white bread and light biscuit with restrained malt depth, low bitterness, soft spice and a slightly sweet grain note. Carbonation is gentle, supporting a smooth and easy body without sharpness. The finish is dry with delicate floral bitterness and a trace of citrus."
