TASTING NOTE:
"This copper beer, rather dark for the style, has a tight off-white foam cap with fine beading. There are strong alcohol notes on the nose, alongside lemon hops, crystal malt and hints of dried leaf and cooked green vegetables (DMS). A well-balanced sweet malt palate is gently but decisively hoppy with a touch of lemon fruit, and a smooth, lightly bitter finish turns slightly sharp with hops, with an inappropriate hint of phenolic spice."
