"Medium gold and hazy. Hoppy upfront with aroma notes of hoppy-fruity hoppy citrus. Palate is reminiscent of saison, spicy and fruity and phenolic. Very high sweetness. Alcohol heat throughout middle and finish. Finishes sweet. The flavour on the palate has a fairly high perception of sweetness but with bitterness on the end. This has developed a little camphor and a small eucalyptus hit. It's old world hopping as opposed to new world Complex herbal character from that direction. I would say that there's a Belgian lean to the yeast character that sort of underlies the Sour IPA concept."
