"Medium deep gold and very hazy, big head with lacing, fluffy upon agitation. Aroma notes of lemon drops and fresh lager yeast. Low-medium carbonation. Low-medium hop bitterness with a touch of fruity flavour notes. Medium-full body, a touch of sweetness and alcohol heat. On the palate, it is mostly sweet, honey-ish malt with little complexity. The top note on this beer is simply rising bread dough. Behind that a little pomme fruit ester and just the tiniest hint of stone fruit. Complexity emerges on the palate with a significant concentration of caramel malt character and a spicy hop note. Revisiting for a second sip you begin to get dried grasses and wild flowers. Finishes off-dry."
